The Engadine Tavern Project
The Engadine Tavern, or Hotel, as it was originally called, was opened in the 1950s
The bistro is now under renovation with the back bars to become cocktail bars, a built-in DJ desk and there’ll be a bigger and better dance floor. Â There is also the likelihood the sprawling site will be redeveloped to include six-storey apartments.
